For your convenience this Electronic Tenant® Handbook contains an On-Line Service Request system for routine maintenance items.
Authorized tenant representatives will be provided a username and password to access the system. Each property at Swedesford Park has its own Service Request System. To Access the system click here (opens in a new window). Users will be prompted to enter their pre-assigned username and password. If you do not have a password, please contact the management office at 302-650-3741.
Once logged in there are four options.
Electronic Maintenance Request Form - Use this link to complete a service request.
Update User Information - Authorized Representatives use this link to update their contact information. This updated information is important as it will auto fill the service request form.
Electronic Maintenance Request Log - Use this link to check the status of your previously submitted request forms.
Miscellaneous Forms - Use this link to access a database of downloadable and printable administrative forms.
When an authorized tenant representative completes and submits a form during normal business hours, a notification is sent in real-time to the property management office. Management will dispatch the appropriate personnel to answer the request as quickly as possible. You will be notified of status updates via e-mail. Please note, for all after hours emergencies, please contact the BPG|360 answering service at 800-470-9204.
