The building employs a team of maintenance technicians to provide necessary preventive maintenance required to keep the mechanical system of the building in good operational condition, as well as to answer individual problems as they occur.
To ensure fast and efficient service, the maintenance office has an employee on duty from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. When your request for service is received, a technician is dispatched to answer the call.
All requests, such as bulb replacement, janitorial service, comfort calls, and any in-suite repairs should be entered into the work order system within the Tenant Portal.

For maintenance or repair requests defined as the responsibility of tenant, our engineers can provide service at an hourly rate plus a 15% administrative fee. Parts and supplies are provided at cost, plus a 15% administrative fee. HVAC is provided until 6:00 PM, Mon-Fri. Please refer to your lease for OT HVAC costs and parameters.
