Swedesford Park properties have a state-of-the-art heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system. The entire system is controlled by a sophisticated computerized energy management system. This computerized system has been designed to ensure optimal tenant comfort and operating efficiency.
In the event you find your working environment uncomfortable for any reason, please notify the management office at 302-650-3741 and you will receive prompt attention from our maintenance staff.
HVAC service is provided from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. To request after-hours HVAC service, contact the management office as soon as possible, but before 12:00 PM the day service is requested.
