As noted in your Lease Agreement, the building has a "NO SMOKING" policy for all common areas of its complexes in order to maintain the cleanliness and first-class appearance of the buildings.
"No smoking of any kind shall be permitted in the common areas restrooms, lobbies, entrances, elevators, hallways, etc. Smoking is permitted within the enclosed automobiles or similar vehicles."
This Smoke Free Policy amends the current Smoke Free Policy to include the use of personal vaporizers of any kind and electronic nicotine delivery systems – known as e-cigarettes, e-cigars, e-hookahs and e-pipes. To protect and enhance indoor air quality and contribute to the health and well-being of all employees and visitors, Swedesford Park shall be entirely smoke free and vape free. This policy is effective immediately.
